The Al Ihsan project, a unique initiative, aspires to be a leading humanitarian and charitable aid provider in the UAE. The primary objective is to offer financial, in-kind, and health support to low-income individuals in the community, empowering them to become productive and self-sufficient members.

Al Ihsan is diligently working to establish a community platform that harnesses technology to connect aid seekers with benefactors who are eager to assist. This inclusive service is open to all Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah citizens with permanent residency and limited income. Through this platform, Al Ihsan is committed to addressing any financial or health issues they may encounter.

Improving the experience

We have developed a user-friendly app that serves three user groups: beneficiaries, Donors, and Delegates. Different donation options, such as direct contributions, SMS donations, bank transfers, and subscriptions, are available to assist beneficiaries. However, the challenge lies in consolidating all these options within a single application, allowing users to donate using multiple methods based on their preferences.

Here is the prototype navigation of the application. The entire concept of the application facilitates connecting people who need help with helping hands. It enables delegates around the UAE to connect with donors, people needing assistance, and intermediaries who act as a bridge. The app allows donors to contribute in every possible way.

Donors:
People can donate gold or silver through online transfer or mobile network payment.

Delegates:
Users of this app connect with donors and collect donations in any form, helping donors share their support.

Receivers:
Individuals in need can easily register through the app to receive the help they require from donors. Additionally, AlIhsan can use the app to launch campaigns for specific community needs, such as school or community-building projects.
